Cilantro was opened in 2008 along with the art gallery. Sisters, Teresita and Jesus Gutierrez worked together with Patricia Ready to provide a place with a special stamp. They wanted to transmit simplicity, freshness and great taste through a seasonal menu.
Cilantro salads have always been subject of great interest because of its originality, freshness and abundance. The salads are made of organic greens and all its varieties are accompanied by exotic fruits of the sea and fruits of the earth. Well known are the quinoa timbales, causa limeña and teriyaki chicken. All seasoned with delicious toppings and dressings specially designed and made on site.
Cilantro menu also offers hot dishes such as risotto with mero fish and mote, and shrimp stroganoff among others.
After eight years of operation, Cilantro is still a preferred meeting point for many. Its open terrace (located in an inner courtyard of unique architecture) stands out as a welcoming and friendly place. You can enjoy a pleasant time with Cilantro delicatessen in a privileged environment of contemporary art.
